How do I book with you?

Just pop me a message on Instagram or fill in the enquiry form here on the site. We’ll chat about what you’re after, and if it needs a bit more planning, we can grab a coffee at the studio or sort it over email.

Do you only do black and grey?

Yep — all my work is black and grey. I love the way it looks, the way it heals, and the fact it never goes out of style (you can tell because I’m head-to-toe in it myself).

Do you take walk-ins?

Nope, sorry — the studio is appointments only. This way your tattoo gets the proper time and attention. Not to mention Atworth is a small and quiet village, so it wouldn't bring in that many more customers if walk-ins were permitted.

How much is a tattoo?

It all depends on size, detail, and placement. Once we’ve talked through your idea, I’ll give you a quote before we lock in a date. No nasty surprises.

Be honest - does it hurt?

Yeah, it does. But it’s more “annoying scratch” than “sawing your leg off.” Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, and it varies a lot depending on placement. I’ll do my best to keep you comfy.

How should I prep for my appointment?

Eat a proper meal, get a decent night’s sleep, drink water, and avoid booze the night before. Think of it like charging your phone before a big day — you don’t want to conk out halfway through.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course — you’re welcome to bring one mate or family member for support, just let me know if you plan to before your appointment.

What's the aftercare?

Keep it clean, moisturised (but not drowned in ointments), and hands off — no picking, no scratching. Avoid swimming pools and direct sunlight. I’ll give you full aftercare notes before you leave.

How long does healing take?

The surface usually settles in about 2–3 weeks, but your skin can take a couple of months to fully get back to normal. I'll walk you through the full normal healing process after we finish your tattoo.

What if it looks infected?

If you notice symptoms like excessive redness, swelling that doesn't settle, pus and a fever that doesn't go down - you can contact me or a GP at any time. It's best to stay calm and listen to what your body is telling you. Infections are scary but they do happen for a number of reasons, and they are easily treated most of the time. If you are worried that you do have an infection, contact a healthcare professional immediately.
